Christina Lombardo

Holistic Nutritionist/Clinical Coordinator

Christina was born in Seattle Washington and has lived in a total of five states, but has been a Phoenix resident for the past 18 years. She has a hunger for continuing to learn about nutrition, healthy living practices, and the benefits of lifestyle shifts on overall health.  She started studying nutrition when she was 12 years old, after watching a late-night infomercial where Susan Powters preached that most of the food she was eating at home was actually bad for her health.  She began researching different diets, looking into lifestyle changes, holistic living practices, and reading food labels from that point on.

While in Arizona, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, an Evox Practitioner (subconscious reframing), as well as the Clinical Coordinator and Holistic Nutritionist for Launch Physical Therapy.  With her clients, she focuses on four pillars of wellness: nutrition, fitness, sleep habits, and lifestyle wellness.  She is also the Secretary of the Board for the American Hiking Guides Association.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing to music, writing, being active outside, eating delicious food with amazing people, finding reasons to laugh, helping people live their best life, and traveling with her son. She teaches all her clients that amazing health is a journey, not a destination we reach and quit.

Life mantra: "If the whole of our life is summed up with a dash, most of what we think matters, actually doesn't.  So go!  Live life to the fullest, throwing off all the weights and expectations that hold you back."
