Your Journey Starts here
Evaluation
On your first visit, we’ll get to know you and the treatment you’re seeking as we introduce our methods. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history and begin introducing you to a new way of therapy.
Analysis
We come to understand the work set out for us by analyzing movement and seeking out pain points. This helps us understand the extent of the injury and seek out the best plan to move forward.
Game Plan
Once we understand your goals and desires, we move forward with a plan to get you back to a place where you feel sexy again. Whether it’s being able to perform everyday tasks, or getting back to your favorite activities, we’re here to give you hope and get you back to the things you love.

Manual Therapy
Increased Functional Outcomes
Joint Mobilization
Decreases overall pain
Manual Therapy involves the hands-on treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints. This is a broad group of sophisticated techniques performed by hand by uniquely trained physical therapists. These treatments may include mobilizations or manipulations of soft tissue and skeletal joints in order to decrease pain and increase function.

Therapeutic Exercise
Improves Joint Mobility
Strengthens Weak Joints
Addresses Weaknesses
Therapeutic exercise allows the body to strengthen and heal around the injury in a way that uses the body as the incredible piece of machinery that it is. While these exercises don’t mimic everyday tasks, they improve function and treat the injury.

Neurological and Balance Disorders
Improves Vertigo
Enhances Gaze Stability
Improves Postural Stability
Vestibular and balance disorders can affect so many areas of our lives. Issues impacted by our vestibular system often affect how we walk, talk, and interact with our environment. Our treatment approach includes: postural assessment, movement analysis, mobility, and gaze stability training. We’ll help you move comfortably again, while overcoming concussion, dizziness, and more!

Movement Analysis
Assess Injuries
Determine Gait Abnormalities
Achieve Recovery & Performance Goals
Our movement analysis includes a clinical assessment of movement to determine gait abnormalities, assess injuries, or help athletes achieve recovery or performance goals. We use digital tools to collect comprehensive data about your movement to determine musculoskeletal dysfunctions within the body. Gait analysis provides data relative to walking speed, balance, range of motion, and reflexes.

Astym®
Promotes Soft Tissue Healing
Normalizes Scar Tissue
Increased Functional Outcomes
Astym® treatment is the regenerative medicine of therapy and is designed to restore soft tissues at a cellular level. It regenerates healthy soft tissues (muscles, tendons, etc.), and removes unwanted scar tissue that may be causing pain or movement restrictions.

Hypervolt™ Massage
Targeted Deep-Tissue Massage
Relieves Common Muscle Pain
Improve Range Of Motion
This type of targeted deep tissue massage can help relieve common muscle pain and stiffness, improve range of motion and blood flow, and reduce injury risks down the road. With four interchangeable head attachments, it’s also easy to customize your recovery work to any specific region of the body, opening up more options than other static mobility tools.

Dry Needling
Improves Pain Control
Reduces Muscle Tension
Improves Blood Flow
The goal of dry needling is to improve blood flow to injured, malnourished tissue, effectively restoring the healing process. By inserting small, thin needles into the tissue, a lesion is created, effectively creating a mild inflammatory process and microcirculation. Dry needling is also utilized as a treatment technique to release trigger points and eliminate pain.

Cupping
Increases Blood Flow
Improves Tissue Healing
Improved Nutrient Exchange
Myofascial decompression, otherwise known as cupping, uses negative pressure to decompress muscle knots. This allows for increased blood flow and improved nutrient exchange for better healing. Cupping helps in the treatment of wounds, skin grafts, and musculoskeletal pain and stiffness, more than making up for the dark marks it can temporarily leave behind.

Rocktaping™
Improves Athletic Function
Reduces Athletic Fatigue
Enhances Overall Performance
Rocktaping offers therapeutic benefits by increasing blood flow to working muscles, improving neuromuscular efficiency, enhances muscle activation, reduces muscle vibration, and also provides support for muscles and joints. This performance enhancing kinesiology taping is consistently seen in CrossFit, Ironman competitions, national cycling races, and other extreme sporting events.

Normatec™ System
Improves Circulatory Flow
Maximize Workout Recovery
Enhanced Movement Of Metabolites
Instead of using static compression (squeezing) to transport fluid out of the limbs, Sequential Pulse Technology uses dynamic compression (pulsing). This pulsing action more effectively mimics the muscle pump of the legs and arms, greatly enhancing the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the limbs after an intense workout.
The journey doesn't stop there
Therapeutic Activity
Prescribed in clinic and self-home management programs to address imbalances related to mobility, strength, endurance, performance, body mechanics (movement dysfunction), and postural inefficiency.
Manual Treatments
Deep myofascial release, soft tissue and joint mobilization, ASTYM, integrative dry needling, dynamic stretching, and active myofascial decompression (cupping).
Recovery Services
Hypervolt Massage, Normatec Pneumatic Compression Sleeves (Arm/Hips/legs), Active Stretching/Mobility Flow techniques, and Massage Therapy.
Movement Analysis
Video assessment and comprehensive breakdown of what is occurring to your body while performing functional activities (i.e. weight lifting, running/walking, cycling).
We offer an extensive specialty of services to keep you doing what you love
Sports Performance
This functional assessment on mobility, agility, strength, stability or movement screen/video analysis is combined with a prescribed plan to enhance your athletic abilities, reduce the risk of injuries while training, and support performance at an optimal level to help you accomplish your first race or PR in your next event.
Vestibular Health
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) is a PT specialty involving the evaluation and treatment of problems relating to vestibular disorders and balance. This includes: postural assessment, movement analysis, mobility, and gaze stabilization.
Telehealth Visit
TeleHealth is offered to patients seeking the convenience of remote physical therapy services. This service includes a video consultation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy via our secure online portal system. Using this platform, we are able to triage a healthcare plan and refer you to the type of services you need.
